Euro Membership 'Irrevocable': EC spokeswoman Annika Breidthardt

FXStreet (Mumbai) - As markets speculate the possible outcomes of the upcoming Greek election and the country's exit from the Euro zone, European Commission (EC) spokeswoman Annika Breidthardt cleared the air by stating that that membership in the euro zone is "irrevocable." However, it’s open to renegotiation, leaving open if and how Greece could deal with the issue after elections on January 25.
