Brexit: BOE to soften impact on European banks - BBC

A BBC report says, "the Bank of England (BOE) is to unveil plans allowing European banks to operate in the UK as normal post-Brexit.

The BOE is likely to say today that the European banks offering wholesale finance would operate under existing rules even in a "no deal" scenario.
