US Commerce Sec Ross: US has been excluding 1,000 products already from tariffs

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross crossed the news wires in the last minutes announcing that the U.S. has already been 1,000 products from tariffs, as reported by Reuters. Ross further added that they intended to complete the research of auto tariff but would only implement them if negotiations with Europe were to fail.
