Turkish President Erdogan's office denies reports on S-400, USD/TRY recovers modestly

Turkish President Erdogan's Communications Director denied the recently published report in the German newspaper Bild claiming that Turkey decided not to buy the Russian air defence system, S-400. "S-400 Procurement is a done deal," the director said, as reported by LiveSquawk.

The USD/TRY pair, which dropped to a weekly low of 5.96 in a reaction to the Bild's report, was last seen trading at 6.0350, still down 2.5% on the day.
